Dual Fatal Wreck on Interstate 95

April 8, 2025

A March 21, 2025 freeway crash, described as the Dual Fatal Wreck on Interstate 95, raises a host of uncertain legal issues. But one thing is certain: the wreck killed two people and seriously injured two others. Police say a Mazda containing four people traveled off I-95 and landed on Castor Avenue below the interstate. The two killed have been identified as a 22-year-old Cranbury man and a 23-year-old East Windsor man. Election Results Fail to Overturn in the Supreme Court & Electoral College

December 16, 2020

Nicole Sandrik-Arzadi The United States Supreme Court rejected Texas’ lawsuit which would have blocked millions of battleground state votes won by Vice President Joe Biden on December 11th.  The Trump-backed case was declined to be heard. Divided NJ Supreme Court Limits Some Accident Victims’ Ability to Recover

On March 26, 2019, the New Jersey Supreme Court decided the case of Haines v. Taft. Instead, Justice LaVecchia, held together a three justice majority by answering a narrower issue. Specifically, the Haines opinion did not concern all medical bills in excess of the plaintiff’s PIP option. Rather, Haines addressed only “stand alone” suits exclusively…
